All orders must be submitted through www.strategygoldmilling.com or your Zangesa Connect Account.
The file submission cutoff time is noon EST on regular business days.
Upon completion of an order, a confirmation email will be sent.
In your account, you can track the progress of the work.
Upon being shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the order being sent, including, but not limited to, the shipping address, shipping speed, part quantity, and type, is correct.
If a change needs to be made after a file is submitted, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the case that has been received for production purposes. This cancellation must be submitted in writing via email. Additionally, a written email is also acceptable. Customers appreciate Strategy’s fast turnaround times, and files do not sit idle for long. Change requests must be made within ten minutes of sending. Changes made after that time are subject to fees equal to steps already taken, even if the customer cancels the work order.
Strategy reserves the right to amend prices without notice in any given situation. The total cost of the order includes the cost of milling, the alloy fee (if applicable), and shipping fees. All prices are exclusive of VAT, where relevant, at the current rate as of the time the file is entered into the system.
All orders are charged to the credit card on file on the customer's page. Payment must be made in full for items to ship. Strategy adheres to the law and guidelines for storing your credit card information.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice. Charges to your card show up as Strategy Milling.
If a charge does not go through, Strategy will contact the customer for new card information. Strategy is not liable for any delay in the product shipment.
Strategy is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by the customer when transmitting credit or debit card information.
Strategy Milling uses UPS as its carrier. Strategy Milling is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier's mechanical, weather-related, or other uncontrollable issues that result in transit delays.
UPS regulates shipping fees and uses location and dimension weight to determine cost.
Any request to cancel a case that has been received for production purposes must be submitted in writing via email. Charges will be applied for any portion of work that has been completed.

In the event a customer cancels an order, the customer agrees to pay Strategy Milling for all costs and expenses incurred by Strategy Milling in connection with the day on which Strategy receives the cancellation notice.

Strategy Milling requests that upon receipt of our products, an inspection of the part be conducted before it is worked on or machined in any way. To receive a no-cost remake, any error caused by erroneous milling must be documented with images of the element in its raw form, i.e., the milled surface visible, and a description of the problem sent to strategymilling@strategymilling.com
"Raw Form" means that the pins are still visible, and the metal surface is as it was when it arrived, with the milled surface visible, not sandblasted or partially processed through the customer's workflow.
Strategy prides itself on premium quality milling and will always work with its customers to find solutions to problems. We cannot, however, cover the cost of remakes that occur once parts enter the customer's workflow. Issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis, but Strategy reserves the right to charge for a remake if the above protocol has not been followed.
Effective June 11, 2021, the cost of translating LAB files to STL files will be $10.95 per file.
